By accessing or using our platform, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use PetBnB

Acceptance of Terms and Modifications

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and PetBnB Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“PetBnB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), headquartered in Mumbai, India.

By creating an account, using our website or mobile app, or accessing any PetBnB service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be effective upon posting. Continued use of PetBnB after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our Services

  1. Nature of Services
  2. PetBnB is a digital marketplace that connects pet parents (owners) with verified pet sitters, walkers, trainers, and caregivers (“Service Providers”) for pet care services. The PetBnB platform enables communication, bookings, and secure payments between users.

  3. PetBnB Does Not Provide Pet Care Directly
  4. PetBnB itself does not provide pet care, boarding, training, or walking services. We act only as a neutral intermediary between users.

    Each Service Provider is an independent contractor and is solely responsible for the services they provide.

    We do not control, supervise, or employ any Service Provider, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services offered.

  5. Transactions Between Users
  6. All bookings and payments must be made through PetBnB’s platform. When both the Pet Parent and Service Provider confirm a booking, it becomes a binding agreement between them.

    PetBnB facilitates payment processing through trusted third-party payment gateways but is not a party to the service agreement between users.

  7. Pet Owner Responsibilities
  8. Pet Owners are solely responsible for:

    Failure to retrieve a pet after a confirmed booking period may result in the pet being transferred to alternate safe care or animal welfare authorities.

  9. Service Provider Responsibilities
  10. Service Providers agree to:

    Service Providers are not employees of PetBnB and are responsible for their own taxes, permits, and licenses.

Booking, Payments & Cancellations

  1. Bookings
  2. A booking is confirmed once both the Pet Owner and Service Provider agree to the terms (price, service type, and schedule) on the platform. Both parties are bound by these terms once the booking is finalized.

  3. Payments
  4. All payments are processed through PetBnB’s secure payment partners. PetBnB may deduct a service or convenience fee from the total transaction. Direct or “offline” transactions outside the platform are strictly prohibited and may lead to suspension or account termination.

  5. Cancellations and Refunds
  6. Cancellations must follow the policy stated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility depends on timing and the cancellation reason. PetBnB reserves the right to withhold refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Emergencies & Veterinary Care

In case of emergencies or pet illness during a booking:

Intellectual Property

All content on PetBnB including the logo, name, design, code, and visual assets — is owned or licensed by PetBnB Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our platform without written permission.

Modifications to the Service

PetBnB may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or policy reasons. We are not liable for any disruption or loss resulting from such actions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.

In case of a dispute:

Both parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution via email at support@mypetbnb.com.

If unresolved, the matter will be subject to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
